Terms of use

This Gift Me site is run privately by its administrator, for family and friends to share gift lists. It isn't a shop or a company's service.

Using it

• Use it only to share and choose gifts. Don't use it to send unwanted email, or to post anything unlawful or hurtful.
• You sign in with a link sent to your email address; there's no password. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, so keep your email account secure.
• Guests (people who joined from a list's link or QR code) can see the lists shared with them and say what they're getting. They can't make lists of their own.

Disclaimer

• Gift Me is provided as it is, without any warranty. The administrator does their best to keep it running and your information safe, but can't promise it will always work or never lose anything.
• Items often link to other websites, such as shops. Those sites aren't part of Gift Me: prices, stock and the items themselves are up to them. Gift Me doesn't take payments or deliver anything.
• Lists are written by their owners. Check the details (sizes, colours, prices) before you buy.

Changes and leaving

• The administrator may change these terms, or close the site.
• You can delete your account at any time from your Account page.
